CDSG is one of Myanmar’s most respected and prominent conglomerates, it can trace its roots back to a small trading business started in the 1960s. Since then, CDSG has grown into a diversified conglomerate operating in multiple sectors such as Food, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services and Automotive with more than 9,000 employees. CDSG was selected as a global growth company by the World Economic Forum in May 2014.
U Soe Tint was born in Taunggyi, the capital of Shan State. He graduated from the University of Medicine, Mandalay in the year 1987. He practiced as a clinician for more than 7 years in Kachin State between 1989 and 1996, before he shifted his career into the business sector.
He has more than 20 years of working experience in the corporate sector which spans across real estate development, trading, construction, F&B, etc., where he held several key management and leadership positions.
He joined the Capital Diamond Star Group Limited (“CDSG”) as the Head of Capital Development Limited (“CDL”) since 2012. CDL was established in 2011 and has successfully developed since to support the CDSG’s growing internal demand for development services, as well as to contribute to Myanmar’s growth and modernization. CDL currently has an extensive list of successful projects.
His portfolio expands to the corporate compliance and procurement department. He is also the lead for Government regulatory affairs and Government Tender Projects at CDSG.
Currently, he is the Director of Capital Diamond Star Group as well as the Managing Director of Capital Development Limited.
U Khin Tun was born in Yangon. He graduated from Yangon University (BSc. in Chemistry) in 1984. He speaks well not only his mother language but also Chinese, Japanese, and English.
Starting from 2015 and now, he served as the Executive Committee member of The Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Also, he was responsible in UMFCCI as a member of the Investment and Trade Promotion Committee, a member in the Domestic Business Development Committee, and a member in the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Working Committee.
He is a Vice Chairman of the Automotive Association of Myanmar (a member of the ASEAN Automotive Federation).
Currently, he is the Chairman of Capital Automotive Ltd and Capital Motors. And also Managing Director of Premier Automotive Ltd. And then he is a member of Capital Diamond Star Group.
Currently, he is the Director of Capital Diamond Star Group as well as the Chairman of Capital Automotive Limited and Managing Director of Premier Automotive Limited.
Daw Khin Mar Myint was born in Yangon in 1972. In 1999, she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the Institute of Economics Yangon. She also achieved Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Win Thin & Associates in 2001.
After that, she worked as the Resident Manager of a Travel & Tour Company in Pin Daya.
In 2005, She joined Capital Diamond Star Group and has more than 17 years of working experience, especially in the financial sector, managing corporate taxes, treasury, and account payable.
Currently, she is working as the Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of Capital Diamond Star Group.

Capital Automotive became Myanmar’s the sole authorized Ford distributor and dealer in April 2013. Capital Automotive works in partnership with the RMA Group and the Capital Diamond Star Group in Myanmar.
